RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At VIYONSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories
• Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume or other alterations

To request a return, please contact us at viyonsedestek@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. VIYONSE cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at viyonsedestek@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We currently recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for your preferred item, subject to availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at viyonsedestek@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
